3-Ingredient Banana Bread

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Combine the ingredients: Add the cake mix and eggs to the mashed bananas. Stir until everything is well combined and smooth. (You can mix by hand or use a mixer on low speed.)
  4. Pour into the loaf pan: Transfer the mixture into the greased loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake: Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and serve: Let the banana bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
