In a bowl mix the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla flavor well, then add the oil, and the milk, mix again, then add the dry ingredients to the preparation, mix everything well.
Pour into the muffin tin, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, let cool.
For the whipped chocolate ganache: (prepare the day before)
120g chocolate
30g of honey
180g liquid cream
150g mascarpone
