Cocoa Fried Swivels

 

Ingredients

1 egg

140 g (0.7 cup) sugar

70 ml (0.3 cup) oil

10g vanilla sugar

450 g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)

170 ml (0.7 cup) of water

10g baking powder

15g cocoa

Preparation

Beat the egg with the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Add the oil and stir.

Add water, flour and baking powder to the mixture. Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts.

Add cocoa to 1 part and knead. Spread 2 cakes.

Put one cake on top of the other and roll up the roll. Cut the roll with thread. Fry in plenty of oil
