Potato lasagna with chicken

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Filling:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup marinara sauce
For the Potato Layers:
4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
For the Assembly:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional Garnish:
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken Filling:
a. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

b. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
