YUMMY Super Tasty TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE
INGREDIENTS
For the Sponge Cake:
• 1 cup AP flour
• 4 eggs
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
• 1 Tsp baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 1 Tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Icing:
• 1/4 cup (25g) cocoa powder
• 1½ cups (180g) icing sugar
• 3 Tbsp boiling water (adjust as needed)
1/2 Tsp butter, melted
Additional:
2 cups (200g) desiccated coconut for coating
