Cheesy Asparagus Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups (200g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: breadcrumbs for topping
