Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds of sirloin steak, sliced into cubes
1 ½ pounds of baby potatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
