INGREDIENTS
5 eggs, the whites and the yolks separated
1/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella type)
2 cups of cold espresso (or strong coffee)
1/2 cup hazelnut liqueur (for example Frangelico)
1 pack of lady finger biscuits (Savoiardi type)
