For a long time I searched for a recipe for whole wheat buns that would work for me, because I have some little stomach problems. I love wholemeal bread and since I made it at home, and with your flours, which I find of great quality, I have been able to eat BREAD again.
I found a recipe from the “Mercado de Calibajío” that helped me a lot to experience the famous Antequera muffins, which, due to their texture and their granules, are appreciated at home by the whole family, but especially by Me. I made a few changes and added a few ingredients, and that’s what came out of this fusion. Considering the fact that I’m not very experienced with it yet, I can’t complain about the result, so I want to share this easy and delicious recipe with you all.

The muffin has a texture that melts in the mouth, without clumping like many breads on the market. do not hesitate
to try it and if you improve it, do not hesitate to pass it on, your experience is welcome , since It helps me a lot to improve the breads.

Thank you and GOOD APPRECIATION PANARRA!
