Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
Thick, chewy, and ready in about 20 minutes. You can’t go wrong with these toffee cookies.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 2/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate covered toffee bits
1/3 cup chocolate chunks
