Ingredients:

For the steak:

1 Beef Tenderloin center cut

6-8 slices of Chicken Ham (replacing prosciutto)

6-8 slices of Provolone Cheese

1.5 tbsp of Stone Ground Mustard

1 tbsp of Coarse Sea Salt

2 tsp of Black Pepper

For the Spicy Gremolata:

2.5 tbsp of Chopped Parsley

1 tbsp of Minced Garlic

1 tsp of Red Chili Flakes

1 tsp of Jalapeno pureed or diced

1 medium Lemon juiced

Instructions:
