Little Toffee Apple Cake
Ingredients:
150g unsalted butter, softened
150g light brown sugar
3 eggs
150g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
100g toffee pieces or caramel chunks
1 tbsp milk
For the Topping:
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
