Onion Meatloaf
Ingredients:
01 – 1 1/2 pounds ground beef.
02 – 1 cup breadcrumbs.
03 – 1/2 cup milk.
04 – 2 large onions, thinly sliced.
05 – 2 cloves garlic, minced.
06 – 1 egg, beaten.
07 – 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
08 – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
09 – 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
10 – 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
12 – 2 tablespoons butter.
13 – 1/4 cup beef broth.
14 – 1 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese.
