Crab 🦀 Stuffed Mushrooms

“These are super delicious and made with simple ingredients. They are packed with flavour and oh, so good!”

Ingredients :

• 32 white medium size button mushrooms

• 1 TBSP oil

• 1 TBSP finely diced onion

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

• 1/4 tsp. dried basil

• 1/4 tsp. dried thyme

• 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

• 1/4 cup sour cream

• 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

• 1 (4 oz.) can crabmeat

• salt and pepper, to taste

• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

• fresh parsley, to garnish (optional)
