American goulash

American goulash made my way we enjoyed this goodness with cornbread πŸ˜‹πŸ˜€ if it’s not for you please keep scrolling

 

I brown

2 pounds of ground beef with half of a onion chopped,

1 bell chopped,

2 chopped cloves of garlic,

season to your taste with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and Italian seasoning. Drain the meat and and add 3 and 1/2 cups of beef broth or water,

2 cans tomato sauce, I like to add one can of fire roasted rotel, and corn.
