Fake Fillet Madeira Sauce

Fake Fillet Madeira Sauce WONDERFUL 😍

.INGREDIENTS:

4 steaks (filet mignon, rump, etc.)

2 crushed garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 cup of mushrooms

salt to taste

Sauce:

1 cup Worcestershire sauce

½ cup of water

1 sachet or beef bouillon cube

1 table spoon of corn starch

.METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Season the steaks with salt and garlic. In a frying pan or large pot – to fit all the steaks – Put the olive oil and take it to the fire to warm up. Fry the steaks so that they are not cooked to the point (do not let them fry too much) so as not to dry them out. Keep them in a covered bowl so they stay warm. In the same pan or skillet that fried the steaks, place the Worcestershire sauce, the sachet or meat broth, the water and the cornstarch and stir until thickened. Add the steaks and mushrooms to the sauce and bring to a boil. You will observe that the sauce will change color, it will become darker and brighter. There it is ready.

Finish with the chopped parsley.

GOOD APPETITE ❤
