Ingredients:

– 4 bone-in pork chops

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.

3. Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and brush each chop generously with the brown sugar glaze.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).

5. For a caramelized finish, broil the chops for an additional 1-2 minutes until the glaze is bubbly and slightly caramelized.
