Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of salsa
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas or wraps
Optional toppings: sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, or grated cheese
Directions:
🔸 In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, chopped cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
🔸 Lay out the flour tortillas or wraps on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture equally among the tortillas and spread it out in a thin layer, leaving a small border around the edges.
🔸 If desired, add your choice of optional toppings such as sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, or grated cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
🔸 Roll up the tortillas tightly, starting from one end and tucking in the filling as you go. Secure the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
🔸 Slice the rolled-up tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels or rounds. Arrange them on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
