PORK SHOPS WITH POTATO AND ONION

Every time I make this dish, guests ask for the recipe

Ingredients:

•6 pieces of pork

•4 sweet potatoes, peeled and finely chopped

•1 onion cut into slices

•2 tablespoons of butter

• 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

•1 can broth of your choice (chicken works great), 14 oz

•Salt and pepper to taste

• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

• 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
