Loaded Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients ( servings 6 )
4Slicesof bacon cooked and crumbled
6C.Cauliflower florets
3tsp.Minced garlic
⅓C.Heavy whipping cream
1Tbsp.Whipped butter unsalted
1Tbsp.Chives chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
¼C.Cheddar cheese shredded
Chopped green onions for garnish
How To Make Loaded Cauliflower Bake
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Bring the cauliflower and minced garlic in water to a boil over medium-high heat on the stove. Continue to boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Drain the cauliflower and place it into a blender or food processor.
