Crispy chicken like at KFC

Ingredients

About 600 g of chicken breast or more, cut into pieces

For the marinade

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

A little ginger and ras el hanout (optional)

Salt

Pepper

1 drizzle of oil

For the breading

1 soup plate of flour

1 soup plate with 2 beaten eggs, salted and peppered

1 shallow dish of coarsely crushed unsalted corn flakes (put them in a freezer bag and crush them)

Preparation

For the marinade: place your chicken breasts, cut not too thick, free of fat or small bones, pour all the indicated ingredients on top, mix the chicken with this mixture, film and put in the fridge (2h or more…).

Cooking: Take a piece of chicken out of the marinade, put it in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the cornflakes, pressing a little. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.

You can also cook them in the oven or in a pan with oil.
