Tempting brownie recipe with walnuts, Italian meringue, dulce de leche and strawberries ππ
Ingredients:
– 4 eggs.
– 350 g of sugar.
– 350 g semisweet chocolate from @alyser_sa @alyser_market
– 200 g of butter.
– 180 g of flour.
– 120 g chopped walnuts
– 1 kg of pastry dulce de leche.
For the Italian meringue:
– Whites 150 g (5 units).
– Sugar 300 g.
– Water c/n.
Additional features:
– Fresh raspberries 100 g.
– Fresh mint 50 g.
