Apple Cider Donut Bread

Reduce the Apple Cider: In a small saucepan, simmer the apple cider over medium heat until reduced to 1/2 cup. Set aside to cool.
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and reduced apple cider.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Coat with Cinnamon Sugar: Brush the top of the cooled bread with melted butter. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the bread.
