Artisan Pizza Dough

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours before using.
Preheat your oven to its highest setting, typically 500°F (260°C), with a pizza stone or baking steel inside.
Shape the Dough:
On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough into two equal portions (for two pizzas).
Gently stretch and shape each portion into a 10-12 inch round, being careful not to deflate the dough. Create a thicker edge for the crust.
Add Toppings and Bake:
Transfer the shaped dough to a piece of parchment paper or a pizza peel dusted with flour or cornmeal.
Add your desired toppings.
Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking steel and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the crust is bubbly, crispy, and golden brown.
Serve:
Remove the pizza from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
