1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1 large egg
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (optional, for topping)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
