Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
For Wrapping:
12 slices bacon, halved
For Topping:
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
