Baked Crab Legs in Garlic Butter Sauce

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Thaw the crab legs if they are frozen. You can do this by placing them in the refrigerator overnight or running them under cold water until thawed.

3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

4. Place the crab legs in a single layer in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Brush the crab legs generously with the garlic butter sauce, making sure to coat them thoroughly.

5. Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until they are heated through. Be careful not to overcook them, as crab meat can become tough if cooked for too long.

6. Once the crab legs are done baking, remove them from the oven and serve hot. You can drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the crab legs or serve it on the side as a dipping sauce.

7. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired, and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the crab legs.

Enjoy your baked crab legs in garlic butter sauce! They pair well with a side of steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
