Banana bread

Heat the oven before using.
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) before using it. Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it or lining it with parchment paper.
Mix the butter and sugar together.
In a big bowl, mix the soft butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy, which should take around 2-3 minutes.
Put the eggs and vanilla in.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well each time. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if you have it).
Include bananas and sour cream.
Combine the mashed bananas and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) with the butter and sugar mixture until mixed well.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
Slowly mix the powdered ingredients into the liquid ingredients until they are just mixed together. Avoid mixing too much.
Mix in the nuts and chocolate chips.
If you are using them, mix in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips until they are evenly spread in the batter.
Add to the pan.
Put the mixture into the loaf pan that has been prepared and spread it evenly.
Cook in the oven.
Put in the oven that has been heated beforehand for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. If the top of the bread is getting too brown, cover it with foil for the last 15 minutes of baking.
Awesome!
Take the banana bread out of the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for around 10 minutes. Next, place it on a metal grid to cool down completely before cutting.
