Banana cake

Ingredients:

1 cup (tea) of milk

3 whole eggs

2 1/2 cups (tea) sugar

1/2 cup (tea) of oil

3 cups wheat flour (tea)

1 tablespoon baking powder

Caramel ingredients:

2 large bananas or 3 small bananas, sliced ​​or lengthwise

1/2 kg caramel sugar

Cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle to taste

Method of preparation:

Hit the blender: milk, eggs, sugar and oil. Hit well.

Pour into a bowl, add the wheat flour and baking powder.

Mix well.

In a baking dish pour the caramel and over it the bananas cut in length or in round slices (to taste) and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar

Lastly put the cake dough and take it to bake

Bake in medium oven, preheated, for about 40 minutes, or until golden

Tip: Caramelize the sugar (don’t make it too thick, I usually put a little water at the end of the syrup and heat it a little more… until it’s a consistent syrup)
