Banana Pudding Cheesecake Squares

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat together mashed bananas, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and flour, then add to the banana mixture.

Finally, fold in the banana pudding mix.

Pour the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve with whipped cream and banana slices.
