Best Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat well.

In a small bowl, mix mashed bananas with milk and cinnamon.

In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add banana mixture to creamed mixture and stir until combined. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
