Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, butter, eggs, flour, and salt. Knead into a soft dough. Let rise until doubled in size.
Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up the dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking pan. Let rise again until doubled.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla. Spread over warm rolls.
