Bourek with Potatoes and Minced Meat

Peel the onion, put it on the fire in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the minced meat to the preparation, season with salt and pepper and let cook for 15 minutes until the juice has completely evaporated.
Place a sheet of brick on a work surface, put a layer of potato in the middle, another layer of meat, break an egg on top, and fold the sides to obtain a square.
Do the same for the other bricks.
Heat some oil in a frying pan. Place the bricks in the pan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, turning the bricks several times.
Serve the bricks with lemon juice.
