Bundt Cake Breakfast 

1️⃣ Fry the spinach in a pan until it withers. Remove and fry the hash browns in the same oil until golden, stirring constantly. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder or minced garlic, and a pinch of cayenne pepper to taste.

2️⃣ Grease a Bundt cake or baking dish. Layer the ingredients in the dish as follows: half of the sliced bread, diced ham, sautéed spinach and green onions, hash browns, and half of the grated cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

3️⃣ In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with milk, cream, salt, black pepper, and dry mustard until well combined. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish. Gently press down to ensure everything is evenly coated. Allow the mixture to sit for half an hour to absorb the flavors.

4️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Sprinkle the remaining half of the cheese over the top of the mixture in the baking dish. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean, indicating that the breakfast Bundt cake is fully cooked.

5️⃣ Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly. Place a flat plate over the top of the dish and carefully invert it to release the Bundt cake onto the plate.
