BUTTER SWIM BISCUITS

Preheat the oven: Set to 450 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients: Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.
Add buttermilk: Mix until a moist dough forms.
Melt butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and pour it into an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish (ensure the pan isn’t too small or shallow to prevent butter from dripping out while baking).
Prepare dough: Place the dough on top of the melted butter and use a spatula to spread it evenly across the pan until it touches the sides.
Cut dough: Cut the unbaked dough into 9 even squares.
Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
