Cajun Fried Shrimp

Sauce cajun

• Put mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, and Cajun seasonings in a bowl. Whip together and set aside while preparing the shrimp.

Crunchy Cajun Shrimp

• Put the flour, salt, lemon zest and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Stir with fork to mix evenly. Then break an egg in a bowl, add milk and beat with a fork. Then put the panko on a plate. Set the stations in a line that starts with flour, then eggs, then panko. Once finished, place a clean plate at the end of the shrimp mounting chain.

• With your left hand, we push the shrimps into the flour. Transfer it to your right hand and dip in eggs, then panko. Press the panko into the shrimp until it is evenly covered. Put the shrimp on a clean plate; repeat with the shrimps off. Keeping a dry hand will help reduce the hill and make the biscuit baking process more efficient.

• Adding oil to an emitting iron pan. Gotta be there for an inch of oil on the bottom. If you’re using a smaller or larger pan, adjust the amount accordingly. Oven preheat with oil on heat. Oil will sizzle if you sprinkle breadcrumbs on it when it’s ready. Don’t add shrimp too early.

• Place the shrimps in the skillet using clamps. Try to prevent them from touching each other so the pan isn’t too crowded and the shrimp can cook evenly.
