CANONCITOS OF DULCE DE LECHE BATHED IN CHOCOLATE!
INGREDIENTS
For the mass
• Flour 500 gr
• Butter 300 gr
• Water 220cc
• Salt 1 small teaspoon of tea
For the filling
• Dulce de leche confectioner
• Custard cream
• Chocolate coating bath
PROCEDURE
Form the dough by joining the flour with the salt and water. Then we added the cold butter.
Unify without kneading too much. Wrap and take to cold.
Start stretching, forming the folds of the dough. Repeat the procedure 3 or 4 times, always respecting the refrigerator times between step and step, so that the dough takes a good cold and is easier to work with.
Arm the cannons by cutting rectangles of dough and then strips. Roll up previously buttered metal sticks.
Bake 180° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Let cool and unmold.
Fill with dulce de leche and bathe the tips with chocolate.
