Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
Satisfy your cravings with a twist on the classic lasagna. This **Chicken Alfredo Lasagna** combines layers of tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and perfectly cooked lasagna noodles to create a mouthwatering fusion of flavors.
Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
– 2 cups Alfredo sauce
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Italian seasoning.
3. In another bowl, mix the ricotta cheese and egg until well combined.
4. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
5. Place 3 cooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the chicken.
7. Drizzle a portion of Alfredo sauce over the chicken layer.
8. Repeat the layers with 3 more noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, remaining chicken, and more Alfredo sauce.
9. Top with the final layer of 3 noodles, remaining Alfredo sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
10. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
