CHICKEN PIE

Ingredients

(Dough)

1kg flour

500g butter

Pinch of salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon granulate sugar

(For chicken marinate and boil)

1.5kg chicken breast

2 small onion

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons chicken seasoning

2 cups water

Boil chicken after marinate for about 1 hour, Allow to cool and shred them.

( Filling)

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 cup onion slices in cube

1 teaspoon Ginger.

1/2 teaspoon Garlic

Shredded chicken

1 Small onion

Salt to taste

1 cup of shredded carrot

2 cups of shredded cabbage

Pepper to taste

3 tablespoons Corn flour

1 cup water

1 cup of chicken broth

1 teaspoon chili pepper

1 teaspoon onion spice

2 stems of spring onion
