1. In a bowl, mix together ranch dressing, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge for more flavor).

3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.

4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and juices run clear.

5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

6. Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave.

7. Assemble the burrito by placing a portion of rice, black beans, corn, grilled chicken, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.

8. Fold in the sides and roll it up tightly from the bottom.

9. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Tips:

– For extra flavor, grill some vegetables like bell peppers and onions to add to your burrito.

– You can make the chipotle ranch sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
