Chocolate Swirl Loaf Bread

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the cocoa powder in hot water and let it cool slightly.

Mix in the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cocoa mixture.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the mashed bananas.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Add the cocoa mixture to the remaining batter and mix until smooth.

Pour the cocoa batter over the plain batter in the pan.

Use a knife to gently swirl the two batters together.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
