• 1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
• 1 cup of coconut cream
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1/4 cup cornstarch (corn starch)
• 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pre-baked pie crust (you can use shortcrust pastry or pie crust)
• Grated coconut (optional, to decorate)
