Coconut Cream Eggs: Sweet Desserts You Absolutely Must Try!

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl fitted with a mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Then, while mixing the cream with the mixer, gradually add the powdered sugar and coconut.
Let the mixture cool for about 1 hour.
Coat your hands with powdered sugar and shape them into coconut eggs.
Place the coconut eggs on parchment paper and freeze for about an hour.
Melt the chocolate chips in a steamer, let cool to room temperature.
Pour the chocolate into a narrow cup that holds all the chocolate. Stick a wooden stick into the coconut egg, then dip it into the chocolate.
Remove the egg from the chocolate and hold it to drain the excess chocolate. Then straighten the egg and hold it for about 20 seconds or stick it into Styrofoam to dry finely.
