Cold chocolate cake
Ingredients for 6 📝
– 250 g of mascarpone
– 200 g dark chocolate
– 4 eggs – 75 g icing sugar
– 40 g flour
Preparation 👩 🍳
1° Preheat the oven to 150°. Cover the round mold with baking paper.
2° Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Mix this one with the mascarpone in a bowl. Successively add the eggs. Mix.
3° Add the flour and icing sugar then mix. Pour the batter into the mold.
4° Bake for 25 minutes. Leave to cool to room temperature then refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve cold.
