Copycat McDonald’s Steak Egg And Cheese Bagel

Prepare the Bagels: Slice the bagels in half and toast them lightly. Set them aside.

Cook the Steak Patties: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the steak patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Sauté the Onions: In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and diced onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and caramelized.

Cook the Eggs: In another skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook sunny side up or to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the Sauce: Mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and horseradish in a small bowl.

Assemble the Bagels: Spread the sauce on the bottom halves of the toasted bagels. Add the steak patties, onions, cheese, and eggs. Top with the other half of the bagels and serve immediately.
