cornbread pan
2/3 cup buttermilk and 1 beaten egg (can sub 1 cup milk and omit egg)
1 small can Mexi-Corn (or half can Del Monte Southwest corn)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 T corn oil
Make sure oil in pan is hot and spoon batter into sections.
Pan should be hot enough batter begins frying in pan.
Bake in oven about 12 minutes at 400 or until browned to taste.
