Country bread with guaranteed success!

1. First you need to use the blender to mix the liquid ingredients with yeast, salt, bread spices and honey in the saucepan. Now sift the flour into the mold.

2. The ingredients should now be kneaded in the food processor for 15 minutes.

3. Then the pot should be covered and the dough should rise for 1.5 hours. After this time, the dough should be formed into a ball and left to rise further in a floured bowl.

4. Next, heat a cast iron pan (or other heatproof dish with a lid) with a lid to about 450 degrees for half an hour.

5. Then put the bread dough into the mold, now cut something.

6. You now need to cook for about 30 minutes (and also with the lid closed) at around 200 degrees. Then remove the lid and cook for another 25 minutes at 181 degrees.

7. Finally, remove the bread from the mold and let it cool on a rack before slicing it
