Cream Cheese Corn Casserole 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or a similarly sized casserole dish.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, softened cream cheese, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.

Add Corn Muffin Mix: Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix, eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the center and the top is golden brown.
