1. Roll together for puff pastry. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. Beat the egg, yolk, sugar, cream, and milk and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Cut the dough into slices and put it in the mold. Pour in the resulting egg mixture.
4. Bake at 420°F/210°C for 23 minutes.
