Ingredients :

1 package (8 ounces) soft cream cheese

2 tablespoons water

2 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

5 cups cubed cooked chicken

20 tortillas flour (6 inches)

2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) heavy cream of chicken soup undiluted

2 cups sour cream

1 cup 2% milk

2 cans (4 ounces) chopped green peppers

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
